1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you register, contact us, or use our Services, such as your email address. Convert Image to Layers signs you in with one-time codes sent to your email, so we do not collect a password. For paid add-ons and plugins, payment data is handled by our payment processor (Polar.sh); we never see your card details.

Adobe account identifier: When you use our add-on for Adobe Express or plugin for Photoshop, Adobe provides an anonymous user identifier. We store it only in hashed (one-way encrypted) form, to limit free trial conversions to one per Adobe account.

We also automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, and operating system when you visit our Services.

Image Data: When you use Convert Image to Layers, the image you convert is uploaded to our servers and processed by our AI and text-recognition service providers. The original image and the resulting layers are stored with your account so you can reopen past conversions from History, and are kept until you ask us to delete them. We do not use your images to train AI models, and we do not sell or publish them. To have your images and conversion history deleted, email [email protected].

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run parts of our Services on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Replicate (AI image layering), Amazon Web Services (text recognition), ZeptoMail (sign-in emails), and Polar.sh (payments). We may also share information in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, etc.) or as required by law.
