End User License Agreement

This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Script Depository / Amybeth Menendez ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of all scripts, CEP panels, UXP plugins, and add-ons for Adobe Express made available through scriptdepository.com and its subdomains. By downloading, installing, or using any Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software for personal or commercial creative workflows, and to make reasonable backup copies. Free Software is licensed at no charge. Paid add-ons or credit-based services are subject to applicable pricing terms.

2. Restrictions

Do not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Software
Do not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
Do not reverse engineer or decompile the Software except as permitted by law
Do not use the Software to create a competing product or service
Do not claim ownership or authorship of the Software

3. Free Scripts and CEP Panels

Free scripts and CEP panels are provided as-is for personal and professional use. You may modify scripts for your own internal use but may not redistribute modified versions without prior written permission.

4. Add-ons for Adobe Express & UXP Plugins

Add-ons and plugins distributed through Adobe marketplaces are also subject to Adobe's applicable Terms of Service. Credit-based or subscription pricing is subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of purchase.

4a. Convert Image to Layers (Online Service)

Convert Image to Layers is an online service used through our add-on for Adobe Express or plugin for Photoshop. These terms apply in addition to the rest of this EULA.

Account: You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Free trial: Each Adobe account receives a limited number of free conversions, as shown in the add-on or plugin. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free conversions is not allowed.
Credits: Additional conversions are sold as credit packs through our payment processor, Polar.sh, at the prices shown before checkout. One conversion uses one credit, regardless of the number of layers. For billing questions or refund requests, contact us at [email protected].
Your images: You keep all rights to the images you upload and the layers produced from them. You give us permission to upload, process, and store them only to provide the service, including your conversion history (see our Privacy Policy).
Your responsibility: Only convert images you own or have the right to edit and reproduce. Do not use the service for unlawful content or to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
AI results: Layers and text are generated automatically and may contain errors; review results before using them. The service may occasionally be unavailable, and we may change or discontinue it.

5. Intellectual Property

All Software is the exclusive intellectual property of Script Depository / Amybeth Menendez and is protected by applicable copyright law. Nothing in this EULA transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL SYSTEMS OR VERSIONS OF ADOBE SOFTWARE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue any Software at any time without notice. Continued use after any EULA update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York.
